Many times homeowners will begin a project working with a separate designer and contractor independent of each other. This typically is where a loss in project design connectivity occurs, resulting in a disconnect between Form & Function which we feel is the most critical part of the process. Whether our assignment is a remodel or new home, we will identify two items prior to engaging in either assignment; that is:

By us utilizing a single source Remodeling / New Home Build approach, we are able to bring a unified team of professional support thereby ensuring a comprehensive finished product which allows us to meet our clients need. We appreciate referrals and will ask for your help by providing written testimonials to share for others planning to give us remodeling assignments
Phone conversation discussing concepts & ideas. Will request homeowner to obtain pictures from print and various sites to share ideas & themes being considered prior to initial meeting. Meeting time & date will be set around homeowner availability at site location.
Review site & area(s) where proposed work is planned. In-depth discussion on concept, cost & budget parameters. Start/finish timelines & financing options. Measurements, pictures, samples & project contacts collected for pricing purpose.
Project product specification defined and submitted as proposal with support pictures. Proposal delivered to homeowner for review and consideration. If applicable, homeowner allowances are provided with items defined to be supplied by homeowner (time sensitive items).
Proposal signed, deposit made, design layout prepared (if applicable) or discussed with homeowner. Final selections discussed and defined. Samples and all other items returned to homeowner.
Working hours discussed & defined, property procedural access to residence reviewed. Material & work area staging defined, trash area identified & cleanup procedures. Pre-construction meeting with project manager/installer. Texts, meeting and communication logistics set up
Homeowner / ARHI Bldg & Remodeling mutual pre-completion walk through. identify & agree on punch list for completion items deeming project completed. Completion agreement signed & final payment made. 1yr workmanship warranty begins upon signed completion agreement.
