By us utilizing a single source Remodeling / New Home Build approach, we are able to bring a unified team of professional support thereby ensuring a comprehensive finished product allowing us to meet our clients need.

1). Model Home (coming soon 2018) Visit / Initial Contact

This is where it all begins!!  

Whether you found out about our new home developments through advertising, directional signs, direct e-mail, BLC listings, social media or just word of mouth, a walk-through of our model sets the stage for how you will design your personal customized home.  We have set up the model with the most current trending items across the United States as well as many features you may see on  DIY & HGTV.  There is a menu base selection throughout the home to aid you in picking individual items to meet your taste and needs for you or your family. After a brief introduction you will be able to experience our well thought out exquisite home design layout. Upon completion of your walk through we will be happy to sit and review your menu base selections to discuss price formalities.

2). Plan Design Selection (new development)

This phase will involve sitting down with us (possibly by schedule)  and defining which lot you may be interested to build on as well selecting the particular home elevation that interests you. It is this design stage where you will select colors and finishes for the house.

We will assist you in getting pre-qualified with our financial partners to aid your new build financing which will include the cost of loan and estimated payments. At the point of pre-approval you may reserve your lot in preparation to build your new home.

3). Custom Home Design / Architectural (individual lot)

This step of our process applies only to those doing a Custom Build on an individualized lot outside of our development.  This type of service will involve a complete design from scratch to be built on the particular clients lot.  

The steps are as follows;  

A). Initial Design Meeting 

B). Builder/Architectural retainer Design Proposal based on House sq ftg. 

C). Photographs & Field Measuring 

D). Site Information Acquisition 

E). Prepare 3 Schematic Design Options 

F). Client Input Design Review 

G). Meeting to Select a Single Scheme 

H). Design Development of One Scheme. 

I). Construction Estimate/Contract/Acceptance. 

J). Preparation of Construction Documents. 

K). Close on Construction Loan/Begin Home Build 

4). Construction Agreement / Close Construction Perm

At this junction... get ready roll!!

You would have completed all the above steps with plan selection, lot reservation to your bank approval. It is now time close on your loan & begin the process of building your dream home.  Arrangements will be made to close your loan at the model or title company via scheduled time with title company & mortgage company.  Upon closing and purchase of the lot we will commence the build.

5). New Home Build

This is where things get exciting! We will commence building your new home whereby you are free to stop by and look as the house progresses.  We ask that you wear work boots covering your feet (no flip flops or open toe shoes), in addition please refrain from interrupting workers while we bring your new home to life.  We know the excitement experiencing your dream coming to life, which is why we ask that all questions be directed to us in person, text or through e-mail, we welcome your visits and questions...

6). Post Construction

Together we will do a project pre-completion walk through to identify and agree to any remaining or further details in need of attention or fixing to constitute the home being complete.  Upon finalizing completion items and sign off  on completion statement, final payment is made and warranty packet is given commensurate to your new home move in.
